Who’s ready for fall? I know I am! The nights are getting longer and the days are getting shorter. Along with that comes the colorful changes in foliage and delicious food. In my house its Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING!! There’s nothing a little pumpkin can’t fix! So what better way to spice up September than with some Pumpkin Ginger Spice Energy Bites! - 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- pinch nutmeg
