These Truffles are no-bake, easy to make, gluten-free, dairy-free, and taste absolutely delicious- Like little bites of soft melt in your mouth cookie dough cake batter. The perfect little bon bon delights!

  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  2. In a small bowl mix together cake mix and flour- set aside.
  3. In a large bowl add butter, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and coconut milk. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients to form a thick dough.
  5. Using a small cookie scoop, form 1 inch balls out out of the dough and place on wax lined cookie sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for 45 minutes.
  7. Right before you pull the truffles out of the fridge ( using a microwave safe bowl ) melt white chocolate chips for 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely melted. Add in coconut oil and stir again.
  8. Using two forks, place one truffle at a time in the white chocolate using the forks to dip and swirl the truffle around in the white chocolate until completely covered. Shake off any excess chocolate drippings and use the forks to transfer the truffle onto baking sheet. Immediately top with sprinkles. Repeat process with each truffle then chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
