Ingredients To Make these Gluten-Free Cake Batter Truffles

  • Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake Mix or Funfetti Mix
  • Gluten-Free Flour
  • Stick Earth Balance Butter
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Almond Extract ( optional )
  • unsweet coconut milk or unsweet cashew milk
  • Dairy-Free White Chocolate Chips
  • Coconut Oil
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Tips To Make No Bake Gluten-Free Cake Batter Truffles

  • Make sure you give the dough enough time to chill; otherwise the truffles will break apart when trying to coat them in the melted chocolate.
  • Do not use a toothpick to dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, they slip off constantly šŸ™ Using the two fork method below is the way to go!
  • Don’t wait to top the truffles with the sprinkles. The chocolate hardens almost immediately, and the sprinkles will not stick. Top with sprinkles as soon as you coat them.
  • These edible cake batter truffles can be made with regular white baking chocolate chips, the ingredient ratio is the same.

About Me

A passionate gluten-free and dairy-free food blogger with a fierce love for baking! I’ve been a food blogger for over 5 years now and I adore it. My gluten-free and dairy-free journey began about 9 years ago. After going through some really difficult health obstacles I found out I was sensitive to gluten and dairy. Initially it was very tough. I had no clue what I could eat, and I mourned my regular diet like it was the death of me.
