Tips To Make No Bake Gluten-Free Cake Batter Truffles
- Make sure you give the dough enough time to chill; otherwise the truffles will break apart when trying to coat them in the melted chocolate.
- Do not use a toothpick to dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, they slip off constantly š Using the two fork method below is the way to go!
- Don’t wait to top the truffles with the sprinkles. The chocolate hardens almost immediately, and the sprinkles will not stick. Top with sprinkles as soon as you coat them.
- These edible cake batter truffles can be made with regular white baking chocolate chips, the ingredient ratio is the same.
