Incredibly easy to make plus super delicious Apple Pie Donuts. These little breakfast delights are grain-free, dairy-free, and are filled with spiced apple pie flavor.



Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted Earth Balance Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and lightly grease donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, spices, and sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mix and add egg, milk, and apple filling. Stir and combine together, batter will be thick.
  4. Scoop batter into donut pan and bake for 15 to 16 minutes until done. Oven temps may vary.
  5. Let cool.
  6. While donuts are cooling melt your butter in a small bowl and set aside.
  7. In another bowl combine cinnamon and sugar.
  8. Once donuts are done cooling, lightly brush donuts with butter and press into cinnamon and sugar mixture to coat.
