Description

This gluten free chocolate irish cream tart is a delicious, rich, decadent dessert! An easy simple no bake recipe that’s sure to win over lots of hearts.

Ingredients

Gluten Free Chocolate Tart 

  • 112 ounce bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut cream from a can of full fat coconut milk. ( Only use the cream in the can not the watery liquid… skim off top )
  • 2 tablespoons of Earth Balance Butter
  • 4 tablespoons of Bailey’s Irish Cream

Instructions

Gluten Free Oreo Crust

  1. Separate your oreos and scrape the filling off all the cookies with the back end of a butter knife.
  2. Place the cookies ( with no filling on them ) in a food processor and pulse until cookies are a fine crumb.
  3. Pour crumb into a large bowl and add melted butter.
  4. Mix butter thoroughly into the crumb mixture.
  5. Pour crumbs into a 9×12 inch tart pan.
  6. Grease hands and press crumbs firmly and very tightly into tart pan.  You really want it packed tightly
  7. Use a cup to firmly press down the center of the tart.
  8. Set aside

Gluten-Free Chocolate Tart

  1. Pour chocolate chips in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan add your coconut cream, butter, and Bailey’s.
  3. At medium heat, stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour coconut cream mixture over chocolate chips and stir until chocolate chips are completely melted and it becomes thick.
  5. Pour chocolate ganache into prepared tart pan.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before slicing.
  7. Top with whip cream 🙂
