For the chocolate ganache you can use Enjoy Life Dairy Free Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips. The enjoy life bag is 10.oz and you need 12.oz of chocolate chips for this recipe. You may need to buy two bags. Make sure to weigh the chocolate chips on a kitchen scale to get an accurate measurement.
For the Bailey’s we used the original but there is a dairy free option and it’s made with almond milk.
