- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops plant based vanilla protein powder
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Instructions
- In a blender add all shake ingredients in the order shown above.
- Blend for approximately 1 minute or until thoroughly combined and creamy.
- Pour shake into glass and top with crushed walnuts or hemp hearts.
