Description

This Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake is packed with healthy vitamins and nutrients, super quick to make, and is the perfect way to fuel your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 scoops plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all shake ingredients in the order shown above.
  2.  Blend for approximately 1 minute or until thoroughly combined and creamy.
  3. Pour shake into glass and top with crushed walnuts or hemp hearts.
