It’s vegan, comes together in 5 minutes, uses simple natural ingredients, and is a great way to help meet your daily protein intake.

Enjoy for a healthy breakfast, mid afternoon snack, or dessert. It’s creamy, dreamy, and filled with warm spices of pumpkin pie. The perfect healthy way to indulge without the guilt. Top with crushed walnuts or hemp hearts for a little touch of crunch.

Ingredients Needed

  • Ice
  • Unsweetened Cashew Milk 
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana 
  • Chia Seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Pumpkin Spice

Tips 

  • I like to use overripe bananas when I have them on hand. They add more sweetness and take it to that next level of goodness.
  • Another way to add more sweetness is by adding a tablespoon of pure maple syrup.
  • Take advantage of freezing your bananas. Adding a frozen banana to your shake takes the creamy factor up a notch.
  • If your feeling really fancy, make your shake into a protein bowl. Add fruit, nuts, seeds, butters, and more. Get creative with it!

Description

This Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake is packed with healthy vitamins and nutrients, super quick to make, and is the perfect way to fuel your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 scoops plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all shake ingredients in the order shown above.
  2.  Blend for approximately 1 minute or until thoroughly combined and creamy.
  3. Pour shake into glass and top with crushed walnuts or hemp hearts.
  4. Enjoy!
