Sometimes a girl just wants her Cheesecake without all the hard work! I know I have a few raised hands in the room. I have been craving pumpkin cheesecake for the last few weeks and quite honestly I didn’t want to have to spend hours in the kitchen making it … guilty as charged! I happened to be browsing on Etsy looking at some vintage kitchenware when I stumbled across the prettiest parfait glasses. Thats when I realized I could totally have that pumpkin cheesecake and simplify it. Who knew?!

You are going to absolutely love this Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait. This easy to make recipe has all the taste and texture of a cheesecake but cuts out all the time and hard work to make it! Sound too good to be true? Well it’s not!

Gluten – Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait

Did you know that the meaning of Parfait means “perfect” in French?! And that’s exactly what these Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait’s are… Perrrr-fect! You won’t be let down, I promise. These indulgent desserts are made with Schär Gluten Free Honeygrams. These delicious honey kissed cookies are gluten-free, wheat – free, lactose-free, preservative free, and non-GMO. They also have no chemical sweeteners, no flavor enhancer’s, and no colorants. How wonderful is that ?!

Gluten Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients List For Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait :

  • 1 package Schar Gluten Free Honeygrams
  • 1 container Wayfare cream cheese
  • 1 – 15 .oz can of canned pumpkin
  • coconut oil
  • vanilla
  • brown sugar
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • ginger spice
  • all spice
  • 1 container So Delicious Coco Whip

Gluten Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait

How To Make Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait :

  1. In a large bowl cream your cream cheese until smooth
  2. Next add in brown sugar and vanilla. Blend again.
  3. Now add in Canned Pumpkin, All spice, Ginger spice, and Pumpkin pie spice. Blend all together… Set aside!
  4. In a separate small bowl add your crushed Honeygrams to a medium bowl.
  5. Next pour your melted coconut oil over the crumbs and mix until crumbs are thoroughly coated.
  6. Using a piping bag… In a parfait glass… layer pumpkin, coco whip, graham crumbs, pumpkin, coco whip, then pumpkin. Top with a dollop more of the coco whip. Enjoy

A incredibly easy Gluten Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait. This recipe is dairy free and incredibly tasty! Perfect fall and winter dessert for the holidays.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Schar Gluten Free Honeygrams crushed ( I crushed them in a plastic bag )
  • 1 8.oz container Wayfare cream cheese health food refrigerated section in the grocery store
  • 1 15.oz canned pumpkin
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger spice
  • 1 container So Delicious Coco Whip

Instructions
