Suuupa Fresh…

Homemade and delicious gluten-free bagels that can rival any gluten-free store bought bagel of it’s kind. Incredibly chewy with a slightly crisp outside – yields puuurfection every time!

No lazy buns aloud! You will be busting out the yeast for this recipe but I promise it will be less arduous than you think 😉

This gluten free bagel recipe is vegan minus the egg wash – adjust to your liking. Take your breakfast or lunch to next level taste and add cream cheese, tomato, avocado, and bacon. This recipe yields 5 to 6 larger bagels so wrap and store for up to 5 days for easy quick meals on the go.

I didn’t test it with Bob’s but I can tell that the flour consistency is not the same so I don’t think so. If you try it, I would love to know 🙂

About Me

A passionate gluten-free and dairy-free food blogger with a fierce love for baking! I’ve been a food blogger for over 5 years now and I adore it. I had no clue what I could eat, and I mourned my regular diet like it was the death of me.
