Calling all brownie lovers! Introducing these amazing Fudgy Keto Brownies. Just look at that fudginess!
How wonderful is it to indulge in dessert and not have a guilty conscious? Glorious right?! Once a week we have family night. We have had this tradition with our kids since they were babies. Family night includes a movie at home, pizza, and dessert! Lately I have been looking for ways to make family night a little more guilt free. So I created just the treat that left us feeling blameless in every way. These Fudgy Keto Brownies are not only super scrumptious, but get this, they are low carb ( under 2 grams per bar ), keto, paleo, grain free, dairy free, and refined sugar free!! Doesn’t get much better than that. This Keto brownies recipe as you can see, are incredibly chewy, moist, rich, and fudgy. Keto Brownies Recipe
For this Keto Brownies Recipe we used Swerve Confectioners sugar to sweeten it up. We love swerve for keto recipes because it’s all natural, and tastes, bakes, and measures like sugar! Couldn’t be more perfect for these easy keto brownies.
Here we have it again… another ” One Bowl ” dessert, making your baking a breeze! I’m such a fan of one bowl recipes, I’m going to start to incorporate more on my blog for all of you.
Ingredients for Keto Brownie Recipe
- Bobs Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour
- Tapioca Starch
- Dark Cocoa Powder
- Baking Soda
- Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt
- Vanilla
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Eggs
- Olive Oil
- Unsweetened Cashew Milk ( Silk brand )
- Swerve Confectioners Sugar
- Lily’s No Sugar Added Dark Chococlate Chips
How to make Keto Brownies Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350° Line a small square cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine your almond flour, baking soda, tapioca starch, dark cocoa powder, swerve, and salt. Whisk ingredients together until fully combined.
- Next add in your eggs, yolk, oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir with a spatula until smooth and combined. Lastly add apple cider vinegar, and mix in with a spatula.
- Now stir in your chocolate chips
- Pour batter into your small squared cake pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle a small handful of chocolate chips on top if you’d like .
- Bake 30 to 32 minutes then remove from oven and cover with foil tent and bake an additional 10 more minutes. ( oven times may vary )
- Remove from oven. ( Do not cut while brownies are hot… wait until they are cooled ) Cover and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. This enhances the flavor. Once completely cooled slice with a knife .
- Option: Top with sprinkled swerve confectioners sugar

- 1/2 cup cashew milk ( silk unsweetened )

- 3/4 cup Lilly’s semi sweet chocolate bakingChips

Note that the Fudgy Keto Brownies are more flavorful once completely cooled and not warm. Try to refrain from eating until completely cooled 🙂
