How To Make Gluten Free Chocolate Sheet Cake
To make this gluten free chocolate sheet cake you will first want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then go ahead and grease and line your 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl you will add your flours, starch, cocoa, soda, and sugar. Mix together really well. Then make a nice size well in the middle of the mixture and add, your vanilla, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix together completely ( using a spatula ). You can now pour the batter into the greased pan and place in the oven and bake approximately 35 minutes… give or take a few minutes as oven temperatures can vary. I like to check with a toothpick for doneness. Remove from the oven when done baking and let it completely cool before frosting.
We topped this chocolate sheet with chocolate sprinkles. But, you can top it with nuts or even dress it down and just have the dairy free chocolate frosting only. No matter which way you enjoy this chocolate sheet cake recipe one things for sure, it won’t last long!!
